The three-storey residence is made completely of reinforced concrete. Due to architectural design requirements to avoid beams in the interior and the perimeter of the building and also due to the existence of several holes in the slabses, a system of waffle slabs was selected with closely spaced and low height ribs, while the roof plate is a completely flat without beams. A Finite element structural analysis was performed in SCIA Engineer.
