Two-storey reinforced concrete residence with basement, ground floor and one upper floor, in Langadas, Thessaloniki. The upper floor ceiling is formed by inclined plate and beams that follow the roof pitch, and a part of flat roof, constructed in two levels. A grid of spread footings forms the foundation.
