Municipality of Kalamaria: Academy of Literature & Culture
The reinforced concrete building, covering approximately 1200m2, comprises ground floor and three upper floors, the upper two partly being set back, and also two basements, the first designed to be a parking. A steel superstructure is located at the first floor terrace.
The structure is completed with an individual steel framework at a distance from the building, which covers the one façade and is linked to the building by walkways at each level, forming actually an external balcony for the whole complex.
